Indonesian Peanut Dip

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

1/4 cup Kecap Manis*

2 Tb hot water

1 Tb fresh lemon or lime juice

1 Tsp sugar

large pinch to 1/4 tsp cayenne

1 garlic clove, chopped

Combine all ingredients in food processor and puree coarsely using on/off turns. Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with cut fresh vegetables like carrots, cauliflower, cucumber, jicama, and celery. Add hot water if too thick.
